Three fabulous [and very different] DJs inspired us to dancing and contributing heights yesterday afternoon at the gorgeous Southern Colorado sim. We raised almost L$15,000 for Relay and generally had a fabulous time! This places our team total so far at L$1,1o4,881 --well done Redheads and friends :)
And the winner! LilTank Thibedeau:) Congrats to 'Tank and heartfelt thanks to Jaxx & Drezz as well as all of you who came to cheer the duel on!

I'm continually amazed at the superb effort put forth by this Passionate Team!
ReplyDeleteLeala Spires kicked off the season with a Date Auction which raised a record breaking L$500,000, and we've been in the top three (of over 100 teams) ever since!
We are blessed to have Team Members who have designed clothing and jewelry for our team to sell in a beautiful little Relay for Life shop (see my picks for a LM). We've had some lovely Live Music concerts, a DJ Duel, Toga Party, and a few spur of the moment get togethers, which can be the best kind of fun!
I was particularly proud last week at a little dance given by another team. Since there didn't seem to be a huge attendance, the Redheads dropped in to fill up the place; it was emotional as they dedicated their efforts to a teammate's suffering; touching to see two teams working hand in hand. The DJ played "Lady in Red" in honor of the Passionate Redheads! I was crying. What a beautiful Team you all are!
